We know planning an event comes with lots of questions — and we’re here to make it easy. Find quick answers below about booking, rentals, setup, and everything in between.

How do I book my event or rental?

Simply fill out our Quote Request Form with your event details. Our team will review your submission and send a personalized proposal within 1–2 business days. Once you approve your package and pay your 30% deposit, your date is officially reserved!

Can I rent items without décor services?

Absolutely. You can rent tents, tables, chairs, and additional items on their own, or combine them with décor packages for a complete event experience.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and business checks. A 30% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due one week before your event date.

Do you handle setup and teardown?

Yes — always! Every rental package includes full setup and teardown so you can focus on enjoying your celebration, not the heavy lifting.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons (spring, summer, and holidays). However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

What happens if it rains or weather changes?

No worries — we specialize in outdoor events and can help adjust your setup. Tents include proper anchoring and sidewalls for weather protection, and we’ll work with you on a safe backup plan if needed.
